And then there was one...
Congratulations to Stephen Cognetta, who took out Your Verdict NRL Survivor Volume 1 after a week of upsets caused carnage in everyone's favourite NRL knockout tipping competition.
Stephen took home the $2,500 cash thanks to Brydens Lawyers after the Roosters went down to the Cowboys in Round 13.
The long-time Bunnies fan told SEN he has grand plans for how to spend his winnings.
“The family and I are trying to save some money for an overseas trip. One of my sons wants to go to Paris, the other to Japan. My daughter wants to go to Disneyland, and my wife wants to go to Italy. So this will go a way to helping out with that,” Stephen said.
"I hope I stay alive in the next volume, as I'll probably need to win a few more to save for that round the world trip."
And for those punters who have been knocked out of Your Verdict NRL Survivor Volume 1 & 2? Maybe it'll be third time lucky...
Volume 3 is now OPEN! You could WIN $2,500 cash by picking one winner in every remaining round of the 2024 NRL season!
If your verdict wins, you survive. Get it wrong and you’re out. Last person standing wins!
