Damien Oliver has continued his dominant Flemington carnival with his third win during Cup week aboard Wiggum.
Trained by Travis Doudle, Oliver delivered a perfect ride from barrier four down the straight to run away a dominant winner in the fourth race at Headquarters.
It means Oliver leads the jockey challenge during Cup week at Flemington as the champion rider rides in his last ever Melbourne Cup carnival.
The 51-year-old has a strong hand for the rest of the card, riding the well-supported Orince Jofra in race 6 before he rides in his final ever Cup on Alenquer.
Alenquer was passed fit to run by vets on Tuesday morning after battling a stone bruise and sorness in the near fore.
