Tottenham Hotspur has moved five points clear at the top of the Premier League table, with Ange Postecoglou urging deprived fans to believe in what the team is building.
Postecoglou has revolutionized the Spurs since taking over earlier this year, making history as the wins continue to stack up.
After yet another away victory, this time over Crystal Palace with a 2-1 scoreline, the Australian refused to put a cap on what Tottenham could produce.
“Let them dream, that's what being a football supporter is all about and, fair to say, this lot have suffered a bit,” Postecoglou said of his side’s fans.
“We showed real discipline and focus. Really happy with the effort the boys put in.”
After 10 games this season, Tottenham remains undefeated.
Postecoglou is already a dual winner of the Manager of the Month award, having earlier this month become the first manager to win the award in each of his first two months in the Premier League.
Coming into the clash against Crystal Palace, Tottenham had 23 points from nine games, a record for a manager in their first year in the same timeframe.
A clash with Chelsea next presents for the Spurs on November 7.
