Round 4 of the VFL is complete with three games taking place on Sunday.
With every AFL fixture in Adelaide for Gather Round, footy fans were able to get their fix watching the reserves play across Melbourne.
The first game of the day took place at Box Hill with the Hawks thrashing the Magpies 114-55.
Former AFL-listed Collingwood players Max Lynch and Callum Brown were dominant against their old teammates and were probably the two standouts.
Up against the developing Oscar Steene, Lynch helped himself to 43 disposals, one goal and 18 disposals while Brown collected a prolific 36 touches as well as five tackles.
They were well supported by Lachie Bramble who kicked a goal and had 23 disposals while youngsters Josh Weddle (21 disposals) and Sam Butler (one goal 20 disposals) also impressed.
For the Magpies, Fin Macrae was again his side’s best with 28 disposals while Josh Carmichael had 26 touches.
The Magpies also would have been happy to see Nathan Kreuger get through the game with their ruck stocks depleted but the tall was quiet with just one goal.

St Kilda listed players Tom Highmore (one goal, 21 disposals) and Max Heath (32 hitouts, 10 tackles) battled well for their side while Tim Membrey was quiet in his return from injury in trying conditions with just seven touches.
The round’s final game took place at The Hangar with Essendon going down 42–82 to Casey.
For the winners, experienced players Josh Schache (four goals), James Harmes (32 disposals) and Luke Dustan (one goal, 24 disposals) stuffed the stat sheet while Blake Howes (19 disposals) and Bailey Laurie (32 disposals) continued to press for a senior opportunity.
For the Bombers, Ben Hobbs again was everywhere with 30 disposals while ruckman Nick Bryan had 31 hitouts and 16 disposals.
