Melbourne have reached a trade for Western Bulldogs wingman Lachie Hunter.
Hunter will head to the Demons for a future third-round pick with The Age reporting that the Dogs may contribute to the remaining two years on his deal.
It comes after his manager told SEN's The Run Home Hunter was a “50-50 chance” to move by Wednesday’s deadline.
The 27-year-old has 173 senior games under his belt and was a 2016 premiership player.
The former father-son selection won the Charles Sutton Medal as the Bulldogs’ best and fairest in 2018 and averaged 19.5 disposals and 5.4 marks from 10 games in 2022.
