West Coast recruit Sam Petrevski-Seton had a quiet debut season back in his home state of Western Australia.
The 24-year-old was traded to the Eagles from Carlton at the end of 2021 and averaged 11.7 disposals across 14 games last year.
Petrevski-Seton, the No.6 pick in the 2016 National Draft, played 94 games in five seasons for the Blues in a variety of roles before moving to the Eagles.
Fremantle champion Paul Hasleby isn’t sure if Petrevski-Seton will be in West Coast’s best 22 next season.

“Been really disappointing I think that pick up for West Coast. They would’ve hoped for more,” Hasleby said on SEN WA’s The Run Home with Hase and Marto.
“I’m not sure what position he’s suited to. I think they tried him in just about every different position.
“He probably won’t be in that team next year. He’s contracted, but I wouldn’t see him inside the starting 22 from what I saw this year.
“He did cop an injury early and maybe that is the cause of it. It looked like he was limping for the first half of the season.
“Get that right to give himself a chance.”
Petrevski-Seton comes out of contract at the end of the 2023 season.
