Collingwood defender Darcy Moore is a “sneaky chance” to play against North Melbourne on Saturday, according to Magpies coach Craig McRae.
Moore was cleared of any serious injury after hyperextending his left knee late in last week’s thrilling win over Gold Coast.
Scans revealed the 26-year-old suffered bone bruising and a capsule strain to the knee.
McRae says Moore will have to prove his fitness at training on Thursday ahead of the club’s meeting with the Kangaroos.

“Scans revealed that he’s got no ligament damage and no structural damage,” he told SEN Drive.
“He’s a sneaky chance to play this week.
“He’s got to get through a few hoops yet, but we’ll see how we go.
“He hasn’t trained this week and he’s a bit sore, but we’ll see what progresses tomorrow.”
Collingwood is set to welcome back Jeremy Howe after the backman missed last week’s match against the Suns due to illness.
The sixth-placed Magpies (10-5) will look to make it seven wins on the trot when they face the lowly Kangaroos (1-14) at the MCG.
