Geelong star Tom Stewart has been suspended for four weeks at the AFL Tribunal on Tuesday night.
Stewart was referred straight to the Tribunal after collecting Dion Prestia with a high bump that heavily concussed the Richmond midfielder.
It means the Cats defender will miss games against North Melbourne, Melbourne, Carlton and Port Adelaide.
The incident occurred in the first quarter of Geelong’s thrilling three-point win over the Tigers at the MCG on Saturday.
The Match Review Officer graded Stewart’s rough conduct charge as careless conduct, severe impact and high contact.
