Sydney young gun Nick Blakey is a late out for the Swans’ clash with Richmond on Friday night.
The 22-year-old is in the midst of a career-best season and has not missed a game this year as a running half-back.
He’s averaging 21.3 disposals, 5.1 marks and 6.8 rebound 50s a game in 2022, but it’s understood he’s succumbed to the flu.
Robbie Fox has been brought in as Blakey’s replacement.

Meanwhile, Marlion Pickett has been withdrawn from Richmond's side, replaced by Hugo Ralphsmith.
Pickett was slated to return from suspension this week but will instead miss his fourth game from his last six.
Richmond assistant coach Adam Kingsley confirmed to AFL Nation that Pickett has been withdrawn with a migraine, meaning he will miss both games of Sir Doug Nicholls Round.
Fox will play as the Swans' medical substitute, while Noah Cumberland will take that job for the Tigers.
Sydney’s clash with Richmond shapes as a crucial game in deciding the makeup of the top eight.
Both sides are currently tied on points and percentage in seventh on the ladder ahead of the Round 11 clash.
