Adam Cerra and Lewis Young have joined Carlton, while Sam Petrevski-Seton has moved to the West Coast Eagles, according to multiple reports.
Cerra has moved to Carlton and in return the Dockers received pick six and a future third-round selection.
The midfielder, who turns 22 on Thursday, had expressed a desire to return to Melbourne for family reasons, eventually nominating the Blues as his club of choice.
Meanwhile, Petrevski-Seton has joined the Eagles for pick 52.
The 23-year-old was used in multiple positions at Carlton since being selected with pick six in the 2016 National Draft.
West Coast coach Adam Simpson told Sportsday in late September that he sees his new recruit as a mid-forward.
Young was the other trade of the morning, with the tall joining the Blues to increase their defensive stocks.
The Western Bulldogs received pick 52 for Young, the pick that Carlton received for Petrevski-Seton.
