Race 4, No. 3 - Badoosh $4.40
Sticking solid with Badoosh after he was held up at the wrong time last start and while he probably doesn’t beat the winner, he should have finished much, much closer. Positive jockey change this week with Hugh Bowman replacing the apprentice and he’ll also appreciate the firmer ground with the 1800m run under the belt.
Should be afforded an economical run from a soft gate, he’ll give a sight.

Le Gai Soleil should really appreciate racing back in grade.
Ran in the Winter Stakes three weeks ago and was far from disgraced on very testing ground behind the in form Bandersnatch.
A firmer deck will really help her cause and her best is clearly good enough.

Race 9, No. 2 - I Am Power $5
Hardly value but I'm convinced that I Am Power is racing well.
Mark Newnham trained former Hong Kong galloper that won well at Rosehill two back. Then had a tick under two months off prior to racing here where he just lacked that race fitness when fourth to Our Bellagio Miss. Fitter, up in trip, he appeals.
