Sydney’s new home of sport 1170 SEN roars to life from 6am Thursday with Andrew Voss and team kicking-off a new era in sports broadcasting.

Vossy headlines a star-studded line-up including Matty Johns, Matt White, Bryan Fletcher, Joel Caine, Katie Brown, Gerard Whateley, Jimmy Smith, Stephanie Brantz and regulars including Greg Alexander – with others still to be named.

1170 SEN Sydney debuts ahead of the two blockbuster Telstra NRL Grand Finals on Sunday with 11 hours of dedicated LIVE rugby league coverage – starting at midday with Matt White catching up with NRL legends and experts ahead of that night’s kick off.

Matty Johns makes his radio comeback when his show: Morning Glory with Matty Johns debuts on Friday 23 October, while, from Monday 26th October the station will unveil its full Monday – Friday line-up:

• Breakfast with Andrew Voss, Monday – Friday, 6-9am – to be joined by Katie Brown for sports updates each morning
• Mornings with Matt White, Monday – Thursday, 9am-noon
• Morning Glory with Matty Johns, Fridays, 9am-noon
• Whateley, Monday – Thursday, 12-1pm with Gerard Whateley
• Jimmy Smith, Monday – Friday, 1-3pm
• Drive with Joel and Fletch, Monday – Friday, 3-6pm – Joel Caine and Bryan Fletcher
• Evenings with Jimmy Smith, Monday - Friday, 6-7pm
• Trailblazers with Stephanie Brantz Mondays 8pm

Sydney audiences now have a choice of four Sports Entertainment Network DAB+ stations: 1170 SEN, 1539 SENTrack, Classic Hits 2CH and also SEN Vic channel for those who want to tap into programming including Melbourne’s most downloaded breakfast show: Breakfast with Garry Lyon & Tim Watson.

Sports Entertainment Network acquired the 2CH 1170 AM radio licence in June this year and will continue Classic Hits 2CH on DAB+ and via live streaming on the SEN app and web.

1170 SEN can also be heard via the SEN app.
