TEAMS | Essendon makes call on Daniher, key Eagle out with concussion

2020-08-31T18:20+10:00

Essendon has opted against resting the returning Joe Daniher for their do-or-die clash against West Coast on Tuesday night.

After his three-goal performance against Hawthorn last Thursday, Daniher has been deemed fit enough to back up just five days later.

They also regain captain Dyson Heppell, who will play his first game since Round 2 where he sustained a serious ankle injury.

Michael Hurley also returns after he missed against the Hawks last week.

In other team news, Josh Kennedy won't play for West Coast after suffering concussion in their Round 14 clash against Richmond.

Hawthorn also regain the likes of Shaun Burgyone and captain Ben Stratton.
