Star young Sun signs contract extension

2020-08-28T19:33+10:00

Young Gold Coast star Noah Anderson has signed a contract extension with the club.

Already committed until the end of 2021, he has added another two years to that deal.

Suns players were made aware of the news at training via skipper Jarrod Witts, with the group excitedly jumping on the former number two-draft pick.

“The biggest factor – we’ve got a pretty young group up here, I’m already pretty close with a lot of the boys so it’s really exciting what we’re trying to do up here and I like the brand of football we’re trying to play so it was an easy decision,” Anderson told the Gold Coast website.

“It just feels like I’m back playing junior footy we’re just going out there trying to win and compete so the group has been so good and it has been really easy to slot in.”

Anderson has played 13 games so far this season, averaging 15 disposals per game.
